How sweet! I loved this. It's so romantic, in a way. haha.
I thought this one was really cute:D (Even though the reporter kind of ruined the suprise.) They make such a cute couple! And I'm not just saying that because he's a football player and she's a cheerleader.
Now let's see some of the cute and "unsuccessful" ones:
I love the way he did the proposal. It just sucks how the girl was caught off guard and she just ran off. But hopefully it was just a misunderstanding and they were able to work it out:D
There's gotta be a reason why she ran off like that. I just hope they were able to talk it out! I hate seeing a proposal-gone-wrong.
I'm not really sure if the next video is fake or not. But I like it. It's so romantic in a childish way. haha.
How did your husband propose to you? Or what is your dream proposal?
***Videos from http://www.youtube.com/. I do not own any of these videos.***
I could watch them over and over again...Great!!! Kisses,sweetie and have a great weekend:)
ReplyDeleteI'm not married but if the bf ever engaged in front of a crowd he would never see me again.
ReplyDeleteToo much pressure!! I'd probably just disintegrate!!
xoxo,
Carrie
Thank you for sharing all these youtube links. They're very funny :).
ReplyDelete@Diana: Me too. i've been watching it. it's just so cute:D
ReplyDelete@Carrie: aww, why?! i think i'd like it. it's really romantic.
@Sydney: you're welcome!
ReplyDeleteI did a post on engagement stories, if you're interested :-) I don't really blame the girl for running off... I would want (and I got) my proposal to be a private thing and never in front of loads of people!
ReplyDeleteAww cute videos! I'm not sure if I'd want to get proposed out in the open like that though. lol The first one was extremely creative!
ReplyDeleteThese are so great! I saw that first one a while ago and couldn't believe how much time he put into the proposal, so Great!! Have a great weekend lady:)
ReplyDeleteso cute!!!! you are so romantic! hope u find the "one" really soon!
ReplyDeletekiss from Greece!
@CafeBellini: i agree. although i wouldn't mind having it publicly. haha. i just want it to be well thought out:D
ReplyDelete@Leenda: the first one is my favorite. hahaha.
@MyLittlePhotograph: i know. it's amazing! thanks. you too:D
@LaFashionelle: hahah. thanks.
that first video is AMAZING!! It reminds me of that scene from Love Actually, except with a happier ending :) That was pretty much the most romantic thing I've ever seen. Made my Friday
ReplyDeleteAlso, I am uber glad you put proposals gone wrong..awful but you gotta laugh. I had a friend who literally lived in fear for months that her (now) husband would propose to her at a nba game...thankfully he didn't
I think so much of the proposal depends on the person you're with. As much as I want to live my life as a musical, anything non generic and heartfelt is good by me.
Your blog is quickly becoming one of my favorites :)
@Mary Nevin: hahhaa. i know right. aww, thank you. that's so sweet.
ReplyDeletehaha- too cute. i think all girls need to tell their best friends about their individual proposal rules. for example, i have a firm rule about no food. i can think of nothing more disgusting than digging my ring out of a glass of champagne or a cupcake or baked potato. ew!
ReplyDelete@PreppyPinkCrocodile: that's what i think too. hahaha. just so they can give him a heads up right? hahha.
ReplyDeleteI love this post. And the blog too
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing! The videos were great!
So, I follow u
Kiss
I hope you're fine
@Micaela: omg, thank you so much. i'm glad you liked it!
ReplyDeleteomg these are so funny and cute!
ReplyDeleteMy fave are the first one and the Disney one.
I feel so bad for those who got rejected!
I don't really know how I want my bf to propose to me. Anything creative would be awesome! as long as it's from the heart.
That won't be for a few years tho I'm still young haha

@Breee: hahha. me too! i love those. me too. i'm only 16. i got a looong way to go:D

ReplyDeletenaina
I would be so embarrassed if the first one happened to me. I did really like the cards, though. Very cute.
ReplyDeleteMelanie@UnravelledThreads

ReplyDeleteNot married, but I think if I get married again, the proposal will be pretty fantastic:)
Have a great night!
@Style'n: yepp. hahaha. i know.
ReplyDelete@Melanie: haaha. i'd probably like it:)
@Collette: thank you!
haha, cute videos! the first one is creative, and imagine how many times the guy practiced that?! i read in one of my daily blog reads that the proposal is the guy's thing as the wedding is the girl's. have a great weekend! :)

The guy basically recreates the dance scene then proposes (obviously!). It's so coool hahaa, probably a bit too public for me, but sweet nonetheless x
OHMYGOD i LOVED watching the first one!!!
ReplyDeleteit was SOO SOOO SOOOOO CUTE!!!
its sad watching all the "no's" ):
@Abby: i've never ever been to one:(
ReplyDelete@Erica: i know. it sucks for the guys!
@Rina: aww, i'm sure he will:D and thank you.
@Maggie: thank you for letting me know!
@Looms11: i saw that movie once, but after, i was so confused. i don't even know what happened. all i know is that they didn't end up together!
@Reina: hahha. me too. that's my favorite one:D
These are great and put a smile on my face!
ReplyDeleteI loved the first one it was so creative and unique and you could tell he really loved her - the t-shirts were great! You want a guy that will make you laugh!
I'm also very young to be thinking about this as I am 15! But I want something creative whether that be in private or in a crowd but I think I would be pretty embarassed if it was!
Thanks for sharing :)

@Rebecca: hahha. same here. i'm only 16:D
ReplyDeleteSo mine was actually incredibly sweet. We were sitting on the beach in Maui at sunset when he asked me to spend the rest of my life with him. I was so surprised cause we had never even discussed marriage (though it was a logical next step since we'd been living together for a year). Plus he is normally not the romantic, creative type.
ReplyDeletemy husband gave me the best proposal...i loved it!

ReplyDelete@Ruthy: I'm sure it was really sweet. haha. makes me excited for the future!
