2010 Grammys: Miley Cyrus

I've always loved Miley Cyrus's hair.
Every time she comes out on tv, her hair is
totally perfect. Her look at the 2010 Grammys
was quite interesting.

Miley is wearing a mini, marble patterned dress by Herve Leger paired with a black Balenciaga gladiator shoes. Her dress has open stitches that adds a nice touch to her "rockstar" look. She accessorized it with a black Judith Leiber clutch along with Ofira Schwartz jewelries.

In terms of her hair, she went with the loose wavy look, which I really love. Even though she's wearing extensions, it looks very nice and natural.

This look is very nice and appropriate for the Grammys. Its not too formal but its also not too casual. But I personally think that the look was way too old for her age. She needs to loosen up a bit. After all, you're only seventeen once.

What's your favorite celeb look?

Rude Boy-- Rihanna

Rihanna's new "hit" song, Rude Boy, recently just came out. It's a feel good type of music and it's also very catchy.

My friends and I made up a dance to this song for our drill team in school. It came out really nice and we really enjoyed it.

I personally like this song better than "Hard," which is one of her recent songs too. This one really gets me pumped.

Hope you like it. Enjoy:)

Biology Project: 3D model of DNA Transcription

I am in Honors Biology, and "honors" means A LOT OF WORK!!!

i personally hate projects. That is something i try to avoid at school. I would seriously prefer writing an essay than doing a project. Ok, maybe not an essay, but you guys know what i mean:D

My biology teacher recently gave us a big burden. She wants us to construct a 3D model of DNA Transcription. i mean come on, a 3D model?

So i went out with my mom to buy all the materials that i need at JoAnn and Walmart.

Multi-colored styrofoam noodles - $5.99

Styrofoam Balls - $1.49

Toothpicks - $0.89

Wooden stand - $2.99

Acrylic Paint - $0.87 each

When we got home, my mom agreed to help me but soon gave up because the strategy she had in mind just wasn't working out. So i was stuck to do it all by myself:(

After 3 and a half long hours, this is my final product.

I guess its not that bad for a 3-hour work. in my defense, i did put a lot of effort in this project. And i can proudly say that i got no help whatsoever to make this "3D model."

Have you ever had a project that you really didn't feel like making?

The Secret Life of the American Teenager

I have fallen in love with this tv series ever since it came out on ABC family. It is about a 15 year old teenager, Amy Juergens, who got pregnant by a notorious heartthrob, Ricky Underwood. It was during band camp when Ricky made Amy "fall in love" with him. Little did she know that, that "one night" will bless her with a baby boy named John.

The cast brings their characters to life.
  • Ben Boykevich, played by Kenny Baumann, is Amy's ex-boyfriend. He stayed with her all through her pregnancy, until they started to drift apart and eventually broke up.
  • Grace Bowman, played by Megan Park, is the girl next door who tries so hard to be a good girl. She is the perky cheerleader who always has something nice to say.
  • Jack Pappas, played by Greg Finley, is Grace's ex-boyfriend. They both decided to have sex for the first time which ruins their relationship.
  • Adrian Lee, played by Francia Raisa, is Ricky's on and off girlfriend. They have been intimate with each other ever since before Amy got pregnant.

I really think that Shailene Woodley and Daren Kagasoff looks good together.

They have a really good chemistry on screen.

I wait for this tv show every Monday. It's very interesting and every episode leaves you wanting more.

What about you? What's your favorite show?
