SkinCareRX: M2 Advanced High Potency Skin Refinish (Mama Lotion Formula)

In my early teen years, I suffered from severe cystic acne.
It literally covered every inch of my face. It was kind of traumatic.
I tried every treatment out there, but none of them cured it-- some made it a teeny bit better, some made it so much worse.
I seriously don't even know how I made it through those times (it was really bad), but thankfully, my acne kind of just went away as I got older.
I mean, I still get the occasional breakouts, here and there, but it doesn't get as bad anymore.

$39.50

So, to help me get rid of those "occasional breakouts," I got me a bottle of M2 Skin Refinish in Mama Lotion Formula from SkinCareRx.
Before buying it, I read a bunch of reviews about it since I am kind of iffy about trying new skincare products.
I have super sensitive skin, so I'm really careful.
So many people seemed to really love the Mama formula, so I just jumped and bought it.

The first week, my skin got extremely dry!
It didn't really freak me out since it was expected.
It wasn't that much of a problem either. I just applied double the amount of moisturizer.
You will also feel a little tingling sensation.

After weeks and weeks of using it, I noticed that my skin got so much better!
My breakouts lessened and it doesn't get dry anymore.
I've also noticed that my foundation goes on more smoothly than before. (I have no idea if it has connection, but yeah...)
It has a pump for easy application. I just use my hands to apply it on my face.
There is a bit of stench to it.
At first, I was taken aback by it, but now, I can barely even smell it.

M2 can also be used for erasing dark spots.
I also suffer from hyperpigmentation, meaning my pimples will leave a scar, even if I don't do anything to it.
I recently got new pimples and they have already left new scars. :/
I've noticed that my scars did get lighter, however, it hasn't completely erased it.

The reason why it says "Mama Lotion Formula" is because they discontinued it before, I believe.
But due to popular demand, they brought back the original version, hence the Mama Lotion Formula!

Overall, I'm pretty pleased with this product.
I'm actually thinking about buying a new bottle, since I'm almost out.

I give it a 4.5 out of 5!

  3. Sounds like a great product. I have been so fortunate that I have very rarely had a breakout since my teens but I have a friend who I think will love this product so I will definitely be recommending it.
