I don't know about you guys, but I kinda miss the good old days when people communicated through letters.
Don't get me wrong, I love technology but wouldn't it be fun if people got to know each other by sending letters to each other from across the world?
I think that's pretty rad.
And after all, nothing beats the excitement of knowing that you'll be recieving mail in your mailbox today.

I used to write a lot of letters to friends when I was younger and I don't know why we stopped doing it.

I do believe it would be wonderful bringing back the custom of having a pen-pal when kids grow up. I'd be more then glad to become pen pals with you.
ReplyDeleteI love receiving letters in the mail! I had a pen pal for years, from the time I was six years old up until we both joined Facebook. Makes me wish we still wrote good, old-fashioned letters...
ReplyDeleteAnother blog I follow started a penpal project this year and now I have 4 penpals, one across the pond, that I write to. I'd love for you to be my 5th!

Such a fun idea! When I was younger there was a kind of pen-pal project at school, but the pen-pal I was assigned to never wrote back! I was soo sad haha! My mum still sends letters to her pen-pal. (Since she was 14, and is now 50!! )
