Product Review: N.Y.C -- Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder

During the summer, I tried to stay away from the sun as much as possible.
I wanted to have an even skin tone for the school year and I didn't want to resort to using a peeling toner.

So lately I've been relying on the NYC Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder to give me a healthy tan and glowing skin.

This bronzer is great for contouring.
Although I rarely do since it's not really needed for school.
I use it more as a blush and with a light hand, as a powder for my whole face.
Because I definitely don't like looking very pale and ghostly at school.

It's very affordable. I think it's definitely worth the $4.80.
I don't use the pink sponge that came with it.
I prefer to use my own regular blush brush.

It's also very pigmented so I only use a little bit everyday. I'm sure that this will last me a long time.

Have you ever tried the N.Y.C. Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder? How did you like it?

  1. Thanks for the review, Carrie! I have this bronzer and I think it has a good value - works well, pigmented, and inexpensive.:D

I also don't use the pink sponge, I use a blush and a contour brush.

  7. :D I love product reviews, short and sweet ones. I have heard a lot of people liking this product and it's affordable and that makes it super awesome! I would love to try this when I can get my hands on some NYC products. Too bad they don't sell it where I am :) I guess I wouldn't need a bronzer since I am already tan no? :D

  13. Great review! It's wonderful to know that an inexpensive product still works so well, sometimes it's hard to decide when you're at the drug store and I always read reviews to see what is working for other people :) Thanks for sharing!

  14. Love N.Y.C products, so affordable! I had a bronzer/highlighter and I loved it, although when I got darker it wasn't very noticeable on my skin any more LOL. I wish there was more of a color range *sigh*
